LTA.office, an architecture and interior consultant founded by Leonardo Tirta, based in Malang, East Java, Indonesia.
We focus on taking low-rise building such as houses, coffee shops, shop houses, offices and many more.
We focus on modern tropical approach architecture to respond climate and site in Indonesia.
Architecture is not just about designing beautiful and impressive buildings. We try to connect the dots between our ideas and what’s on our client’s mind. We also emphasize on bringing value in every design, helping our client to enjoy every detail and process. So, the design will transform not only the building itself but also the user lifestyle and experience.

Leonardo Tirta finished his bachelor degree major in Architecture from Petra Christian University, Surabaya, Indonesia.
After that, he started his career in Bandung, in a small studio called BASIO.
In 2017, he went back to Malang and started his career as a freelance architect consultant for 5 years.
After developing his own distinct tropical-modernism style and maintaining connections in Malang, he decided to start his own studio in 2022.
He believes that the key to make a good design is about how well an architect is able to communicate the ideas with his client and make it into reality. It is not about how beautiful the building is, but how meaningful and valuable it is.
